「国際会館は白山キャンパスから徒歩15分の好立地にあり、静かで落ち着いた環境です。1人ユニット、２人ユニット、３人ユニットからなり、複数人のユニット内では居住者同士の交流ができます。白山キャンパスへは通学時間が短いため、時間を有効活用したい学生や、学習・研究に集中したい学生にお勧めです。
入居者の半数が日本人学生、半数が留学生となることを目指しています。
International House (I-House) is located in a quiet and cozy environment that is just a 15-minute walk from Hakusan campus. It is composed of single units, double units, and triple units. Shared living spaces allow vibrant interaction among residents. Its convenient location being one of the attractive feature, I-House is suitable for those who would like to focus on their studies and research or use their time productively with a short commute.
About half of its residents are expected to be domestic students and the other half will be international students.

Each room is furnished and equipped with basic appliances, so there will be no trouble when moving in and moving out.

管理人夫婦が住み込みで常駐し、入居者の生活をサポートします。
急病時や緊急時は管理人やレジデント・アシスタントが対応してくれるため安心です。
館内にはレジデント・アシスタント（RA）と呼ばれる学生スタッフが配置されています。RAは入居者が安全で快適な寮生活を送れるようサポートします。留学生に対しては、病院や役所への付き添い、日本文化についてのアドバイス等、全般的なサポートを提供します。生活上の心配事や困り事はRAに相談しましょう。
Dormitory managers live in the I-House and provide various types of support.
Dormitory managers and resident assistants help residents in case of emergency.
Resident assistants (RAs) are student assistants who provide residents basic and essential help for a safe and comfortable dormitory experience. They will assist international students with hospital visits, city hall busines, and matters related to life in Japan. Any issues or problems in the I-House should be addressed by the RAs.
国際会館1階にある多目的ホールでは、RAが中心となり、入居者を対象としたマンスリーイベントを開催しています。
イベントを通じて、ユニット以外の学生同士の交流を図る機会を提供しています。
Monthly events for I-House residents with various topics and themes are held in the I-House. They are great opportunities for residents to get to know and interact with other residents.
国際会館は白山キャンパスから徒歩圏内にあり、通学にとても便利な立地のため、朝のラッシュで満員電車に乗らずに済むことは大きな利点です。各ユニットにはキッチン、トイレ、リビングスペースがあり、他の入居学生とシェアします。様々なイベントに参加し、留学生の友人も作れます。私たちRAは、たとえ家族や地元から離れていても、国際会館がみなさんにとっての居場所となるような環境づくりを目指しています。文京区千駄木がみなさんの第二の故郷になるよう、RAとして頑張っていますので、困ったことがあればいつでもお知らせください。

国際会館は安全で快適な住環境であるだけでなく、多文化環境でもあります。入居する学生は世界各地から集まっており、いろいろな入居者と交流することで自分の視野を広げ、将来に生かすことができます。私自身、中国からの留学生で、銀行口座の開設や住民登録、クリニックの診察を受けることなど、様々な苦労を経験しました。日本語がまだできない留学生の気持ちは特によくわかります。
私たちRAの使命は入居者の日々の生活をサポートしたり、イベントを企画したり、「私たちの宿舎」を生き生きとさせることです。質問などがあれば、どうぞ聞いてください。お互いに助け合い、成長し合い、有意義な学生生活を送りましょう。

I am Ny Aina, a RA in Toyo International House (Toyo I-House).
We are looking forward to welcoming you in our dormitory. I-House is just a few-minutes walk from Hakusan Campus, which is an advantage for you as you won’t need train or bus to commute and you will be able to have more rest in the morning ;).
At Toyo I-House, you can have your own kitchen, toilets and living room. It is like living in an apartment, but with neighbors from the school. It is fun to live there as you can participate in our monthly event and you will be able to make friends, especially international friends. We want to create an environment where you feel like you belong even though you may be apart from your family, friends and country. As an RA, I would like to make you feel comfortable and at ease in our dormitory, so you can have another home in Japan.

The International House is not only a safe and comfortable residence, but also a place full of opportunities for multicultural communication. There are students who come from many different countries here, so you will have many chances to communicate with them, and broaden your horizons, which will be of great help to your future life. I am an international student from China. Since arriving in Tokyo, I have registered as a resident at the ward office, opened a bank account, gone to clinics, and done many other things by myself. Therefore, I can really understand the feelings of foreign students who sometimes need a bit of help, especially those who don’t know Japanese very well. The RAs’ duties are to help and support students’ daily life, organize events, and make ‘our home’ lively, so any students, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Let’s help each other, grow together and have a better campus life.
